Here you get to see me do a little cooking. This dish was served over Orzo pasta. It looks a little skimpy on the plate because I decided to use nice plates, but didn't really have any sides. I think the next time I make this, I'm going to plan ahead and make some dinner rolls with it and make make a nice pilaf for it instead of just plain Orzo pasta. Not that the pasta isnt good, its great actually. Just would like to see what this is like over a nice pilaf.

I also wanted to note that I varied the recipe a bit. where the actual recipe called for chicken brests, I modded it and used a combination of boneless chicken fillets and chicken tenders...mainly cause I doubled the recipe and had to pick up more and forgot what I had gotten before...but it turned out excellent and was a big hit!
