I was shocked that this was one of the extras, have to get it has event only. WTF?? So now pokemon is resorting to coping other ideas.. I don't know if it's just me, but I see this as a my little pony take off... Don't get me wrong I like this pokemon, just that's all I see... -_-

Keldeo is based a a mythical horse kelpie from Celtic folklore. Most of the pokemon are based on animal from folklore.

I figured something like a kelpie, that was a guess when I saw it first off. Might be the way the eyes are and since the new ponies are skinny things. LOL. I'm a fan of the old series enough said. :P

As for this I do love it, at least it looks nicer over all compared to the other newish ones, that suck to be truthful. Always been saying it, but really they need to start adopting fakemon ideas. ^_^

I think they did, Shinx design was similar to a hoax pokemon from April fools day 2005.
