But I've been in the fandom too long, and am set in my ways. >:)

It's nice when folk ask your ame, isn't it? Still, I like being able to see who I'm talking to after being flooded with faces through a con weekend! Have you been to a few cons, Carmine?

More than a few. I first attended ConFurence 6, then ConFurence East and Albany Anthrocon before it moved to Philadelphia, then alternating between Further Confusion on the west coast and Anthrocon on the east, with a couple trips to Midwest FurFest in Chicago somewhere in there. I've counted myself a member of the fandom for 14 years and I may have been to 12 furry conventions in all.

Even if I can't afford any of the art on display, I will always commission a badge or two from friends before I arrive.
