Wow this is super old now but it's one of the only pictures of this guy that I still like
Right now I'm just updating info in all my uploads and I came to this one.
I still like the background even if it's not the best.
AND I still like this character's design. In fact this is pretty much the one I consider the definitive version of him. All his proportions are absurd (as they are supposed to be) but not completely ridiculous like the pictures I made after this, which is not in my gallery anymore. The only things I like better in those ones are the bigger hands (except I made them TOO much bigger) and the tops I gave him, which were shorter and left his stomach exposed.
I don't intend to draw him again in the future.

Phillip is an awful name.
The sky isn't one consistent color in real life so that's not a big deal. But if you think it is, just run over it with a white colored pencil. Also, try shading with regular pencil if it's giving you trouble. It won't look as true, but it can easily be erased. A lot of the shading I did in my most recent colored piece and the one before it was with a normal pencil.
