Recently started playing this hacked ROM on my computer called Pokémon Liquid Crystal. Basically it's a remake of Fire Red/Leaf Green set in Johto, with a significant enough plot twist to call it different. There are also a couple new pseudo-rivals, and the battles are a little tougher. Don't wanna spoil it for you all, but expect something new when playing this game.
So this is my team so far, I've got 4 badges now and am totally hooked on this game! XP I totally recommend it, if you've got the time. It runs on the VBA so it's a very light program/download.
Oh I forgot to mention, you can catch ALL the Pokémon from the first 3 generations, including those that evolve from trades (they now evolve through leveling)!

I haven't played pokemon since I owned the original, ORIGINAL Red Cartridge for my Gameboy. I still have it kicking around somewhere in all my moving boxes. If it even works, lol.
Everyone's like "these games are good" but I haven't touched them since grade 7. Have they really improved in depth that much since the old days? I don't even know any pokemon beyond the original 151. :P

Hahah dude I've been keeping up to date with all teh Pokémanz! The new ones are good! There's more of a story in each new one they make, there are much more strategic ways to train your chatacters, new moves... I love it, some people say they went over board, you kinda hafta try them for yourself.
