Way back when I still had Graffitit Kingdom on the PS2 I made this guy as my first drawing.

Then I made him part of the "Judge" universe as a super hero of the toon dimension.

So yeah. He's the first member of the "bikini heroes".

I don't have much background on him, only that he can fly with the bug shaped ornithopter on his back and that he fights with a very big lightsaber esque sword...like Bobobo rediculous big.
Also, thos rings on his tail aren't real. They're sort of like the rings on Earthworm Jim's head. They aren't exactly attached. :/
