Just a cute innocent scene. Looks like one of Sasha's friends from school wanted to play dressup with him.

Not sure I like how vivid Sashas colours came out, but overall I'm kind of proud of this one.

Every time I see tails like khuvvy's have, I fantasize about how cool it would be to have an opposable limb like that. ^.^
Interesting question, though; Sasha's markings appear to be symmetrical, but his friend's don't seem to be (along the left leg). Is that a tattoo or are some markings asymmetrical like that?

As far as the friend is concerned, I think it's a tattoo. The original is from a non-kuvrahk creation that has that for a tattoo, but that's neither here nor there. ^_^
And yeah, kuvrahks have very flexible and strong tails, but maybe only 1 in 4 kuvrahks can manipulate or curl their tail as finely as these two are demonstrating. Its like being double jointed. Some folks have it, some folks don't. Those that don't can still move their tail and manipulate pretty well, they just have have a good amount of clumsiness about it, or it just doesn't bend AS much so it's a little bit blunt in its use.
And yeah, kuvrahks have very flexible and strong tails, but maybe only 1 in 4 kuvrahks can manipulate or curl their tail as finely as these two are demonstrating. Its like being double jointed. We've already seen him get a womanly makeover by Boo, CC and Jo. I think he even mentioned his sister even use to dress him up for fun. Oddly enough, I don't think that Sasha really has a firm grasp upon the rules of fashion because of it....

love Sasha's look, like he's thinking why did you put on a skirt, and why is your tail going in my sock....any why are you grinning like that? Before you know it he's going to be saying why are you getting undressed and pressing close to me now...unless that is he's not that slow and catches on.

The angled lighting of the evening setting sun, the pennants and other small details like the balloon and the like all add weight and realism to the piece. Top that off with some lovely expressions and body posture and I think this might be one of the better pics I've seen you do with such delicious ambient lighting.
Now all that has to be done is get Sasha in that miniskirt! *steeples fingers* Sequel scene to this, maybe? ;D

I have to agree, I think of all the art I've ever seen on FA this is by far the best lighting job i've ever seen. I can't even begin to say how well its done or how much I love it. It's one of those perfect shades, and has an almost magical romantic essence to it. Wonderful job, keep up the great work
*ponders* Wonder if she has a thing for feet - looks like she wants to use that tale to tug off his sock (I, for one, whole-heartedly agree with her decision). :3 I like how Sasha himself seems to be rather distracted by her tail - great expression.
I think it turned out great - the lighting again is just awesome. I like how, as the viewer, there's so much visual detail to enjoy too - you can follow a lot of lines of action and see different things on both characters.

LIES!!! It does hurt, it was a post very similar to this one that dragged me in "Oh yeah, go look at the comic, it'll be fun!" Now here I am checking the Altermeta forums every night like some kind of goon, reading and re-reading the character bios and general FAQ. All I do in calculus is daydream about Kuvrahks. I'm all brainwashed, I wouldn't even go back if I could, so be forewarned Altermeta IS dangerous! Not kidding.
