A lean machine, hehe. As I am a Russian-Korean, I have wanted to give it a try to draw a bear for years. Thanks to the Crea Bears, my expanding imagination let me draw this one. The result of my sketch does not seem to have anything with the Care Bears although, I am glad that you liked the mascular shape of his body.

A cute bruin character, and I found that his height is 4'00", weight 69lbs, and shoe size 6 (U.S.). He looks small, or he is in his growth phase.
If you did not mind, I can name this character Teddy Atkins as my secondary creation. I, however, have to refine my rough sketch more because it still looks something odd.

Actually, I'm against the idea of you using the same name for this bear character of yours, unless you intend this drawing to be fan art or gift art for me of the original Teddy.

Now I'll let you refine this drawing, but I want you come up with your own name for this guy.
