
Upper Deck of the Penetrator Class
1kton's about the largest I'll go on deckplans - Have tried a couple 2, 3 and even a 5kton in the past, but at the level of detail I work these days, its a major undertaking, and besides, its unlikely that a player character group is going to need plans for anything bigger than this.
At the larger scale, everything either goes back into cinematic narrative (long halls, corridors, flickering lights, etc.) and general rough layout (engines are thataway!), and exterior artwork or modelling. In gameplay ships past 2ktons have already gone from the tactical level to the strategic level, prompting different minigames within the campaign with more abstracted methods of handling events.
If tactical action on something huge is called for, convincing layouts can be winged on a dry erase grid.
