the testosterone gives them some more masculine characteristics rather than feminine-- it also starts working against the estrogen females naturally produce-- which means they will grow facial hair and get a deeper voice ^^

Thanks man- it was actually a fairly painless to go through as far as red tape goes and surprisingly cheaper than what i was expecting! But that's with insurance :/ HOpefully you can get there OR find natural means to transition which, are out there! Good luck to you, man!
