:V I liked it.
The last metroid is in captivity, the galaxy is at piece. Or it would have been.
Deep in the laboratories of the SR338 Research Station, in the secret lab of metroid testing, the scientists there were amazed by the small life sucking energy. It was strange, they could evolve into multiple creatures with the right stimuli in the environment, used for medical enhancements, use as attack dogs, be used for perpetual energy, they're uses were unlimited! Just before the attack by the X virus, one specific metroid was sent to a sister station that orbited Aether. This metroid acted unusually around the intimidated planet's atmosphere, showing shifts in it's entire genetic makeup.
In attempts to harvest the energies of Metroids, the Local Scientists around the space station of Aether was designed and set off to study and see if there was such a way to do such. However, there was another section dedicated to the study of the environment-related affects these Metroids would adapt to. Using the Bounty Hunter, Samus, extensive knowledge, the scientist decided to set into orbit around Aether and take countless amounts of metroids to ascertain the behavior, mutations, and the like of these unique creatures.
In the atmosphere of Aether, metroids seemed to have a weakened sense of the hunt. At the same time, however, the metroids appeared to be more obident and learn quicker than the normal, unaltered metroids, including their mutation and growth rate.
It is here Metra, or M-31RA was born. Metra was the 31st of the RAMAH study, which was the study of metroids placed safely in human enviroments. These metroids were placed in the living quarters and around the overall living areas of the scientists and were fed a constant amount of energy as well as being situated in random parts of the Aether enviroment.
M-31RA, as well as the other 39 metroids, after several months of study, the scientists discovered that these metroids changed their behavior according to where they were in the ship; for example, metroids located in the mess hall had an increase in appetite, metroids in the social areas of the ship seemed to grow a deeper desire to mate and interact with others. However, the most unusual was Metra, who was situated in a scientist's bedroom. Metra slowly began eating less and less, yet was perpetually hungry. This baffled the scientists, but they sat back and watched.
Metra hunger was not entirely craving the energy they were feeding it, but instead, had grown to hunger for a new energy, which was the same brainwave activity humans desire for lust. It was hungering for intercourse! The scientists concluded that the only way it could possibly ask for such energy was that it was seeing sex, and seeing how much energy was involved in the sheer act of passion, set it to desire the same energy rather than the kind it was was being fed. This desire became so strong that Metra was starving.
And this is where Metra became Metra. Because of the strong desire for this new energy, Metra it altered its body to acquire it. Seeing as the woman's body was more of an acceptor than a giver, Metra's body mutated to have similar characters of the female form (Phase 1).
Phase 1 Metra shocked the scientists! A metroid mutating to be a crude form of a human baffled them, why would the metroid form its body as a human? After research, they found that the woman scientist that Metra's tank was situated had an extremely healthy sex life. The metroid 'learned' from the woman to gain the sexual energy from humans. It adapted to Phase two, retaining much of the metroid elements but having a human body with it. It was here that, with red faces, some of the scientists decided to submit to themselves to her to see how would she acquire it.
A lot of testing (and several loads of laundry later) late, the scientists concluded that Metra fed off the ejaculate and amount of energy used in the act of lovemaking as to support her hunger. Metra gained the attributes of the women that men seemed most attractive and put forth the most energy for.
.... there is more to the story, but I'm not all sure.
