Michael didn't have much input in the company when he was put in charge till Bunny came of age. Though not fully the fault of his unambitious nature, as he was trapped accidentally in an experimental radiation weapon test and was melted before he could do much. Since it'd be several years since Bunny's coming-of-age, a board was made to oversee the operations of the company.
