Beleive it or not,yes it's another new one XD granted Jazz still has some warming up to do but this gal wouldn't leave my head,beleive it or not THIS came from me thinking about a tophat and a monicle XD.

there's actually quite a bit I do have to say about Lillian,she's a super natural figure obviously has a grand use in magic,course she originally started off as an assistant to a magician,there was a nasty incident where basically her former coworker binded her to his hat to protect her,now when the magicions magic hat is rubbed she comes out,course don't expect any wishes,but perhaps some fine entertainment : 3

I honestly have no idea what species she's suppose to be but it's suppose some kind of rodent,
