If you get the chance to, look into hopping around on a tour of the Buddhist temples. I took one when I was there and it was an amazing experience.
Also, if you drink, be VERY wary if someone offers you 'soju'. That stuff will taste like water and knock you on your ass the second you stand up.
Just some helpful tips from someone who lived there once himself. :3
