The mechanics inside the arm seem a tad too bright compared to the arm, but regardless, this is really awesome. c:

Yeah I agree, I just wanted to try a high color contrast from the original so it would be more eye catching

add some shading, so the light coming off the in-cut edges, darkens the underlying gears and stuff

I tried XD. Although I did want it to be a higher, eye catching color contrast that the original desaturated version, I might have gone overboard ^_^

I need to practice a little more.

I love it, but the the random bits of skin going across ruin it for me I guess... a strip or two maybe, but random design is rather over the top in my opinion.

Thanks, I was up in the air about how I edited the skin,
but I figured the randomness helped give it a more organic feel.

But I can definitely see what your saying,
I spent quite a few hours deciding how to
place them or to even place them there at all!

Well the only reason anyone would have partial skin cover ups would be for some silly, ooo look at me reason, or the fleshy cover up was damaged... and it's far to cleanly cut for damaged.
