I love my bundt pan with it's unusual shape. We were celebrating my father's birthday and I didn't want to make to big a desert so I went with a good ol' cookie cake, and some extra buttercream icing.
I enjoy how it came out quite simple with a certain elegance. I'd never tried a cookie in a bunt pan before so I was like "Well, why not..." And it worked out just fine.
My recipe for chocolate chip cookie is what I share here in my pages.

As for the icing, it's quite simple.
1 stick of butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 raw pasteurized egg
Whip butter with the paddle in a mixer until light. Add in vanilla extract and egg and lightly beat (It won't really come together, but look messy) then slowly mix in the powdered sugar.
Mix on high for several minutes until as light and fluffy as you like!
Enjoy!
