Memorial Day art. I feel weird and hesitant of placing this in this gallery due to how serious this piece is and doesn't seem to fit in well with my more fun and entertaining works that I have so far. But as an artist I need to do and show differnt things once of a while.
Besides, this is Memorial Day. Remember, freedom is a wonderful blessed thing, a good thing and people had to pay a lot to keep those freedoms for all human indiviuals alive for every generation.

Thanks. I tend to work this fast on most pictures due to using non-photo blue pencils and ink with pens, printing a clean copy of the drawing, and then paint with fast-drying acrylics. Though how fast I can work depends on the difficulty and number of details with the picture.
Anyway, I'm proud of making something for our heroes, fallen or not.
