So we've got this rose bush in our backyard, and when we moved back into our house there were a lot of dead branches on it. Well, we pruned in back somewhat, and so this spring it grew back, MASSIVELY, showering us with bright pink blossoms and making the backyard look very wonderful.

Well, yesterday we discovered that the birds liked it too. These guys were hanging out in the middle of the bush about three feet off the ground, but thanks to all the thorns they were safe from everything.

Aren't they adorable? I'm not sure what kind of birds they are.
