thats the main problem, i did, he only paid the first $60 in advanced and promised to pay the rest when it was done, he never paid, so i told him, if he doesnt finish paying then i simply keep the starp for myself and he gets his 60 back. he nave came back to me since, no idea why... in the end i got to keep both the 60 and the strap. i still havent heard from him since. so his loss.
