I mean... look at Red/blue/yellow! best generation ever, cause it's the first one, simple forms, simple names. simply epic. gold/silver/crystal good addition to the first generation. ruby/saphire/emerald okay still bearable, because its a whole new world, a way better operating system, better graphics and stuff, but diamond pearl and platin disappointed me... of course when you have 3 generations of pokemon and you tried to make them looks new and differentand interesting, there are no new ideas left for the following generation... and black and white are simply the biggest bunch of crap concerning pokemon I've ever seen... I know... lovers gonna hate but it's my opinion and I can tell there are lot more people like me

There's an Ice Cream Pokémon and yet Jynx and Mr. Mime are still the ugliest pokémon ever.

i agree with all that but Blaziken deserves some credit, sure may not be a 1st or 2nd gen, but concept of him was good, and if i am not mistaken, is still a 'unique' species since no other pokemon as of yet is chicken related, everything from horse to mouse has been repeated over and over.
