BTW...it's 04:51:07.
The second hand is there because I screwed up and didn't take into account the time zone difference, and the pencil mark didn't completely erase...so I made it the second hand instead.
There is a definate reason for the 4:51...but I don't want to write what it means. The reason why has already been communicated to the intended recipient. :3
