No no no, it's fine I was just confused. That's why I was trying my best to understand what you meant. I don't mind suggestions just well turns out this was just a misunderstanding. Sorry I wasn't clear in what the materials were, but seeing as how I gave a list of materials in my last post I decided not to in this one.
Yeah only the square is wood, the rest is all cardboard that is white on one side.

I have painted plenty of cardboard, this is not the first time i have done this. I have done this throughout most of my college painting courses, have you heard of Robert Rauschenberg? Well he painted on plenty of cardboard even old cardboard as in he just found it on the street and painted it at times. Thank you for the suggestions but they are not needed. Again I've done this quite a few times and have already mastered how to work with the mediums and materials I use.
Very interesting, I know lately I have seen more jewelry made of would and for people like my friend (she has an allergy to some types of metal) wood jewelry is nice. I personally just use wood and things like Masonite (hardboard) as a base, like to paint on or glue on. I don't often like to sculpt/carve things out of hard materials.
With the rise in popularity of wooden jewelry lately if you were to make it to sell you may get a group of interested buyers.
I'm not a jewelery person really, I like the occasional woven bracelet and chain-mail bracelet but past that i don't really wear jewelry since I'm often drawing or doing crafts and the last thing I would want is it get a chain or something stuck to something or damaged.
