Quick, low cost and easy to make, this Danish version of an Indian Curry is a tasty treat from the kitchens of
qaz-anthrodragon
One of my favorite meals. The name is Danish for "Indian Food". Basically, it's a dish from India as made by Danes.
1 packet spaghetti noodles
1 bottle ketchup
1 packet hotdogs
curry
salt
Boil a gallon of water with some salt stirred into it, on high heat. As it's boiling, cut the hotdogs into half-centimeter "coins", dust with curry, and fry on medium heat, stirring and adding more curry occasionally. The hotdogs should be done by the time the water is at a full boil. Add spaghetti noodles to the water and boil for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain spaghetti, return to pot, and add hotdogs, ketchup, and curry.
Serves four. Can be safely refrigerated for a week.
