A handful of hot cookies with milk and perfect for an evening treat from the kitchens of
charidian
These cookies are good if you like a fluffy cookie. They are not the traditional crunchy peanut butter.
I got this recipe by combining a couple I have tried before and through a bit of trial and error. I like fluffy fluffy cookies
I made like 16 cookies with this recipe
Turn oven to 325 F
Mix 1cup butter and 7 TBSP peanut butter and warm in microwave
Add 2 eggs and 2tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt if butter is unsalted
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
a little more than 1/2 tsp baking soda
and like half a bag choco chips to taste.. dont do too much or the cookies wont fluff..
mix all together at room temp.
Mold into small spheres may be like an inch and a half wide
lightly cross with a fork (dont push down too much.. just an imprint)
sprinkle a tiny bit of sugar on top
bake approx. 12 mins.. check after 8 and keep checking until edges have a small small amount of golden brown.
eat hot with some milk
