These are the three aspects of myself. The id, my draconic self, is the part of me that pretty much only my boyfriend sees. He is the one that drives my more base instincts. I won't say much more than that since this sight is my superego's. My ego, the human me, is basically just me, the real me. He is the one that has to work for a living and interact with the world outside my head, allowing my id's indulgences while maintaining my superego's ideals. And then there's the superego, the heron, the one you guys get. He is how I want to be for other people, the one that provides advice and encouragement to others. He is a paragon that I strive for.

This pic is really just a bunch of sketches in preparation for a bigger piece, but I thought I'd share it anyway. The coloring was done from the top, left to right, to the bottom. I was experimenting with coloring techniques, and I somewhat got the hang of it by the last two.
