This is just my naruto themed O.C. character Kairu. He has mastered the art of the puppet jutsu but refuses to use puppets cuz they creep him out. so he uses explosive tags instead. he also knows lots of water jutsu moves, and can stay on par n a match with kisame. Because of his skill he made it into Akatsuki. He has graduated from the vllages (in order) of:
Waterfall
Mist
Sand

Sand being the land he stayed in the most. He also boasts an impressive chakra shield Chakra based gun jutsus. The most deadly jutsu that he used orochmaru as a pawn to create.
