Xavi go a commission a pretty long time ago, again thought I had it uploaded (guess I didn't). But he asked me what my favorite Final Fantasy villian was. And it was between Kuja and Sephi, I was glad I didn't pick Kuja then Xavi would have had to pick someone else. ;p Xavi had a clever title so I decided to keep it ^^ a very cute surprise and art.
