My all my warlock characters from when I play DnD tend to always end up like this... either from some intentional events, or from some horrible accident. lol
Thats ok tho, warlocks dont need charisma, they just kill your shit, dead, if there is any problem.

I made him as a sort of fan made Mlp Fim villian.

You know, I can see that working. Now I'm more interested in details on this guy...

the ideais that this guy is as i said a warlock, who once ruled the land with an iron fist and in a epic epic battle hade his minions and powers sealed away in tartatrus and was trapped in the form of a hooded old man for a couple of thousend years. His main thing is that he absorbs magical powers and that he can spread malice and fear in others.

I think that he is a bit out of time, pompus, argoant, overdramatic and a bit of a neat freak and hung up on keeping things on time.

Now I really, really would love to see this guy in the show. I can really picture this guy doing distracting monologues...funny thing, his pose and appearance fit well with that personality. Great job.
