Yes the ball of the foot and the toes are thick because there is a 1/2 inch layer of foam so that when you walk its comfortable on harder serfaces, it will wear down and not look so thick between the claws and the paw pads. also, the claws are up a little higher so that they dont click the floor when you are walking. making for less broken toe claws :] these babies have a zipper back for the fur and a comfortable sock snug fit on the toes and heal. again the foam is only on the ball if the foot so that its more comfortable for walking on your toes :]

They dont come with the paw pads or claws though, you would have to order those from then you can either have them mailed to me, or you can mail them to me to attach for you. there is no extra charge for me to attach them.
