I contacted for a price quote in the summer of 2010, but didn't get in the first time I applied for her queue. Instead I got a spot in her winter queue the same year, and Ngala was finished last summer (August 2011). So I waited a year in total, but less than half a year from my first payment until receiving my commission. It's not bad; Qarrezel works fast for a fursuit creator - and she's worth the wait and more! :)
