She looks great! Here are some critiques on realism, since you requested them:

Eye - It's a bit too far forward on the face, and is much too large. (Wolves' eyes are remarkably small in comparison to their faces. o.o; Here' a picture! - http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2.....se-d3hhnbp.jpg )
Muzzle - Should be relatively straight. Seems like you have a slight slope going on in the middle of it? (That's more of a feline thing.)

Otherwise, looking good! You've got an excellent handle on anatomy already. I look forward to seeing this finished. :)
