I hope it won't get ripped up - who knows, maybe it's part of the TF spell. If he's lucky it'll wind up bunched up around his underarms. (Then again that might be really uncomfortable for him. Let's just say it rips down the back, leaving the picture intact for someone else to discover, mend the shirt & wear it to the same bar...)
Some friends (you know who you are guys & thanks again!) bought it for me at AnthroCon last summer. It was the last one with that picture, too. Ironically enough, it turned out to be too small for me and I traded it in for a mountain lion T-shirt (which I'm wearing right now) - after taking a picture of the shirt's bears.

I found the background painting in a Google search for Bear images. The perfect decor for the Brewin' Bruin, doncha think? (No one suspects it's a portrait of one of the tavern's first patrons. )
