I'm on a Sonic/Jet kick.
Yup. Hardcore.
This was just a quick half hour doodle thing I whipped up because I just... really wanted some Sonjet squishies. Something sweet, y'know? Been seriously beyond in need of some happy things lately.
So! Doodled up the pretty bird crashed out and sleeping on his hedgie! ( Yes, he's blushing. Yes, I know birds can't do that. He's also a wingless walking talking hawk. Suspend some disbelief here for me, people, the blush is cute. ;; )
Done entirely in OpenCanvas 3 in about a half an hour or so, start to finish.

Actually, given the canonical flexibility that Jet's beak has in the FMV from Sonic Riders, his giving Sonic a kiss is easier to do than everyone thinks.
His beak is surprisingly flexible. Given how easily and exaggerated an 'OH' sound/expression he can make? And even just the range of motion and bend it has when he's speaking.
But then, I notice things like that...
And thank you! I'm glad you liked it. I love knowing I can make something that is still pleasing to the eye, even if the subject matter isn't the norm for someone's tastes. =3 <3
