I'm so insanely proud of this, you guys have no idea. ;.; This was originally a sketch that was done for me by an amazing artist who wishes to remain anonymous. This is the cutest picture I've ever worked on, and I don't think I've ever done a better job on shading in my life. :D
Anyway, not much to say about this picture, Nicole was curious as to what tickling felt like, so Tails decided to help her out. Idk why she's tied up (because I asked for it, DUH), but my guess is that Nicole is so insanely ticklish that Tails had to restrain her to keep from getting hit or kicked. :3
