They choose banners by using the date search with keywords: banner, FA, 2012 and the month in question (or atleast one or two of those) - no need to note anyone (atleast, my note was never read)
Anyway, I really like the way you wrote the link and the stuff around it! Very creative and has the whole summer feel :)
