These characters have been around for a long time I just never officially drew them XD so I did this real quick for the lulz.

Meet the incredible Icecream man and his boy associate Half Scoop! they are from the same universe as my retro vigilante Sock Hop Sally http://ohsadface.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2pmgh3 The Icecream man is the reason for her want to fight hoodlums and evil doers. ICM is basically the stereotype cocky asshole superhero whom get's the job done yet end up doing more damage then one would hope. His powers essentially are super strength, agility and various gadgets ussualy involving cold and freezing. His Vehicle is a decked out retro icecream truck. His ward is not truly useful beside a decoy because who doesn't want to hit a fat little boy wearing pink, with icecream melted all over his face? No one that's who!

Villains include : The Neapolitan Brothers (gangsters individually wearing pink,white, and brown) Sno-Cone (mr freeze esque character) and a bunch others cause i'm literally making this up as I go along XD
