Ah, I think I've got it pinned down.
That's a screen shot from Final Fantasy VII, Advent Children. See item VI on the link here:http://adilegian.com/ac.htm

So it's probably a bit of a mix of Japanese or British fonts

As did I, even exit 72. But what road connects to A684 and the A683? And goes to the A592?
