My interpretation of a Reptilicus from the new Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. These hexareptiles are native to the planet Bryyo, and though the only ones you actually see are base savages, they have quite a long history, a time when even they fared out into the stars, before a rift between Science and Nature split their race into two warring factions, at great cost to both their planet and population.

So this scene is sort of set during that time, during the Golden Age of Bryyo.
