It's Wolf Nanaki as an Aperture Science Test Subject! Though it looks like they were doing more experiments on him than just testing. :V
The one on the left was done back in 2010, with male Nanaki in Chell's Portal 1 outfit. The one on the right was a sketch commission I got from him two days ago, with Nanaki genderbent and changing her getup just a bit.
