We see Rouge in a pink bikini at the beach.
"The story behind this would be Rouge goes to beach and forgets her sunblock. Luckily she sees a booth that sells sunblock run by a little metal man and a cat with a fireball at the tip of his tail.
They tell her she's their first customer and she can have their first bottle for free. They also explain this stuff is made from a combination of science and magic.
Not really caring how it was made she rubs it on. She then starts to get a funny feeling all over her body."
