While I am currently not active in drawing (don't worry people, this week won't last forever) on occassions I will do some writing in between.
In the TUFF Puppy universe I have created two female OCS who are complete polar opposites of each other.
The Diva (Lady Malmsteen) and the Tomboy (Lizzy McDinga)
In terms of personality and attitude, these two couldn't be more different. What you need to know about them, or what you wish you never knew is all right here in this personality file based on these two.
One relies on charm and wit, the other on brawn and firepower. One acknowledges her own beauty and uses it to her advantage, the other uses her own adaptational skills and survival to her advantage.
If these two ever met there is no telling how they would interact. On the one hand, Lady Malmsteen isn't very fond of her own family and especially her step-sisters. Lizzy on the other hand is quite close with her family since her four brothers raised her as "one of the boys."
These two could actually learn from one another and could actually be partners in crime. A sort of "Harley Quinn meets Poison Ivy" sister act thing.
Lizzy may be a rambunctious dingo, but she's gotta soft spot for her brothers who she admires very much and hopes she'll meet a man just like them. Maybe Lady Malmsteen just needs a "true sister" to confide in. Why not Lizzy? she knows how to keep sibling relationships close.
BTW: EVENTUALLY I'll draw Malmsteen's sisters and McDinga's brothers. They're not really vital to their stories but they do tell something about their personalities.
Someone actually asked me what these two are like and how they're different. It's all right here.
Do they share similarities? Hard to say. Lady Malmsteen is a total priss letting others do most of the work for her. Lizzy McDinga's a tough cookie who's a real hands on do-it yourself girl.
One is Marilyn Monroe, the other Rosie the Riveter.
I felt it necessary to contrast these two. I hope you find it informative and fascinating.

Awww, dingo. Very cute. I rather love dingoes.
Malmsteen... that name always triggers a weird pseudo-memory. Like I think I should know it, yet feel that I don't actually know it. I keep wanting to think it was something once said by the dwarf on Twin Peaks. Where did you come up with that last name?

The last name is derived from heavy metal guitarist Ywngie Malmsteen. He did songs like 'Rising Force' and 'Seventh Sign'; both of which I listened to while creating Lady Malmsteen.
Dingos are indeed cute. ;D A very underrated canine. But because they're Australian, that just adds to their adorable factor. ^^

Excellent info for both of them. I had forgotten about both ladies having siblings, and a very interesting contrast in their family relationships. Very good idea about them meeting and developing a proper sisterly bond, considering that Lizzie never had any sisters, for one thing. Malmsteen would probably not approve of Lizzie's wild attitude, but at least she would not do anything to ruin Malmsteen's own personal beauty and figure. All in all, very wonderful info for both ladies. *kisses Malmsteen's palm*
Interesting how gender wise they are strictly "one has sisters the other has brothers."
In a way it works cause Lady M doesn't dig her sisters while Lizzy likes her brothers. So these two could use another girl to look to as a "sister."
Of course Lady Malmsteen wouldn't know that Lizzy can be a bit of a slob and thus mess up her castle a bit. (Which she rigourously makes sure stays well kept.) It's a definite culture and class clash. A high class diva and a middle class tomboy. A sort of feminine Felix and Oscar. Who woulda know I could make that. XD
I'm glad you still dig Malmsteen. Cause ever since this bio; some people have veered to Team Lizzy. ;D

I think I get of the references about Malmsteen's family. Her first name is a reference to Elizabeth Bathory. As for her sisters, their names reference Carmilla, the title character of the novel of the same name, and Mina Murray-Harker, one of the main characters of "Dracula". You sure know your stuff.
You are 100% correct! all three of those references come from those exact sources. (although was Mina's middle name Murray? O.o)
I love gothic lore and cryptozoology. So naturally when inventing names for these characters I dipped into the vampire lore and beheled three of some of the most well noted female names in vampire history and literature.
