I just noticed there is two listings for 'rat' under the species heading to this...but no kangaroo rat. A pity. Here, we see the true inspiration for some of Jay's novellas, both written and theoretical...a trip down memory lane and a bucket of legos can do wonders for stimulating a writer's imagination.
I'm wondering if I should do something with these inner children pictures that makes it more obvious that the little version is hypothetical? Do any of you have any suggestions for changes to this set, or should I keep as is? I've seen a few other folk doing similar stuff, so I know the idea is sound (the number of folk who ask for these is a pretty good indicator too) but yeah, if you can recommend anything you'd like to see or change, lemme know!

Hypothetical? I guess you could put them in a bubble with a different background (perhaps a bit like the portals in this one from a while back: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5659257/ ), or something like that?
...though, to be honest, they work pretty well just the way you do them at the moment.
...and this particular one's a beauty. :)

...or perhaps halo them a bit like the little chap in this one: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5598953/ ?

You have no idea how true that is. :B
Thank you for this, Reva. It's awesome, and I love it! Looking forward to the next time I get to commission you (though I suspect you may not…)
As for selling that they're hypothetical scenarios… if you did more realistic backgrounds and such more often, I'd suggest a faded-out or distant background, like a dream world of sorts, but with your abstract backgrounds that might be kinda hard to sell. Hmmm.

Also, to answer the question, the combination of stormy seas, no proper landing pad, and the pilot having to do it manually would complicate the landing process to the point of impossibility. Also, the mast would get in the way, since the two vehicles are almost the same size.
This is how I think, people. Even back then, this is how I thought.

The only suggestion I have to that is having the "little" or "hypothetical" version of the person standing in view of something that should be reflecting them, but it's not. Kind of like adult not in view of a mirror, little in view of mirror, and mirror not reflecting them. That's all I got, I hope it helps. Keep up the great art!
