Here's a 3 tier bracelet I made a while back.
The black beads are obsidian and representative of Tezcatlipoca, lord of great sorcery and patron god to the warriors. Obsidian helps you see into yourself for what you are. The stone is believed to carry great mysticism, and obsidian mirrors were often carried by great shaman to assist in looking into someones spirit. It is a volcanic stone often used to make sharp edged weapons like knives, arrowheads, and the devastating macuahuitl.
The turquoise beads again are for patron lord of priests and those of great intellect. They are a symbol of purity and often associated with those in power or the wealthy.
The spacers are made of bone.

This one I'd probably price at $25 at the most. The stones arent the easiest to come by but if you had something in mind design-wise and sent me a few stones you'd like it to contain I could give you a more accurate quote. The large turquoise beads on this one were .85 cents a piece, but not all stones are that pricey.
I have quite a bit of the lapis, malachite, and turquoise beads like the green ones in this one here:

I think I might still have some of those large turquoise beads too....
But I have to rummage through my bead box
