I started on the background. Pretty bare at the moment but hope to fill it up some more. Not sure how to adds the leaves. I'm sure I'll come up with something. The clouds should be fun. I can do those fairly decently. The shadows and highlighting will be interesting when I get to them. So, what you all think?

I have an idea, Draw one leaf for practice then start filling the trees in with them. Also with pine or evergreen trees you can use a bunch of lines to represent needles, then add different shades of color and light they are much easier to draw then the trees with leaves. Also add some grass shrubbery and flowers for more filler hope this helps some.
