Short bio:
Kakeru is a bakeneko who grants wishes. Wish granting requires a contract be signed with him, and he'll grant up to 3 wishes. After those wishes expire, so will the maker because Kakeru will then transform into his monster cat form and kill them by consuming them.
Flesh is what keeps Kakeru's human appearance up. As time goes by, he slowly starts going into his kenomimi form (catboy). After the appearance of cat ears, tail, and whiskers, his tail slowly starts to split in two. If his tail completely splits in two, he will then transform into a bakeneko without influence of an ended contract, and will kill whoever is around EXCEPT a contract holder.
He got his wish granting powers from the god Odin, who he serves by sending the souls of the greedy to his domain.

He was born and raised in Japan, lived and worked in New York for 40+ years, and now travels where he may be needed. RP wise, he's posing as a World Geometry teacher and melee combatant 'expert' for a big name academy.
