After playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Metro 2033 for a while, and being a big fan of steampunk, i finally decided to try and create a working steampunk dynamo flashlight. It turned out pretty well and I just love how you have to crank it every 3-5 minuts to get it to give off some decent light.

This is by no means practical, but it is a fun little prop.

It is made from a cheap dynamo light that I took appart as well as a metal can of powdered mustard. This is the first time I tried working with an actuall metal can to get the right tactile feeling when you are holding it.

I think that it truned out pretty well.
