Booth Babe bot! This was a very experimental piece that was initially made just for me, and as a showcase of what I could do should someone commission me for something. He was made to sit at my booth and look pretty, a booth babe.
I'd never done one of my pieces quite so large, fully limbed with armiture, or detailed in sculpt before, so it was just an experiment all around, to test my limits and see what I could do. There are areas I'd certainly like to do better with next time, but I am still really happy with the end result of this. He was made in the week before Comicon, and one of the last things I made before the actual show.
I still really love my booth babe bot, the attitude and pose still make me pretty proud. He's based on some sketches I did over Christmas, which I may have to post some time. And credit where it is due- his little head fins were inspired by Blades from the Hub's Rescue Bots.
If you would like to purchase one of my pieces or commission me, please feel free to note me.
