Well this is a nice birthday present to get home from AC to. It's so cute. Thank you so very much. It was totally worth the wait. :)
After seeing the wip to this, I felt inspired and made a black skirt with blue, pink and purple tulle hanging out underneath. It came out awesome. I don't think i have any pics of it though. I'll have to take one later.
