Charr heads boggle my mind in how they're constructed.. so I thought I'd practice drawing a couple. I've been really bad about uploading lately. I'll hopefully get back on to it soon.
Feelin' a bit like that bottom Charr, though XD.

understood this type of emotional letdown that creative types suffer. In essence, what we are (or ought to be) is (hopefully) benevolent monarchs with our own vest pocket kingdoms to bring to fullness and prosperity. I so seldom get bored or have any sort of block of creativity. I never tire of creating for the universe and the characters with whom I share life, hope and love, I can talk about them in infinitely fine detail as individuals, and equally deeply about their lives and cultures. Take the most "trivial" aspect of what Humans regard as "daily life" and find its analog in your own universe. You will find endless wellsprings of ideas and notions innumerable.
On the other side of the coin, it is very possible to become both mentally and physically tired. This is not an outgrowth of the creative processes. It is all too often a lack of keeping care of oneself. Of resting when it is needed, and eating well. and all the other small things which sum to much more when we must take care of the frail human organism that encases so much of what we dream. It is sometimes difficult to find the energy or enthusiasm to take care of ourselves, and find the best in our creativity or ourselves. I hope this small passage may help. When my own spirits flag, and the tail and ears seem to droop, and the last thing I want is to take the best of care of myself, I tend to think in this way:
I will take care of myself, as well, and as long as possible. Not for myself. I am but sand in the rolling winds. But for the sake of the Characters with whom I share life, I will sustain that life as best I can in all things, for their sake, in gratitude for all they have gifted to me, and all the opportunities I have had, have now, and shall have in the time ahead to share their love and wonder with others of the same heart and mind.
Do take care, and never lose the magic you so ably share.
