Admiral Razorbeard, commander of the Robo-Pirates from Rayman 2 and Rayman M/Arena!
This guy is such a classic villain to me, I really hope they bring him back somehow. :C Rayman 2 ended in a way that implied he'd come back seeking his revenge, but all we got since 1999 were scarecrows, rabbits, and whoever the hell was in Rayman Origins. I should probably get that game.
He also had a kickass theme in Arena, which I listened to while drawing this. :T
